AGW TEAM MEMBERS

Adam Greenbaum

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Adam Greenbaum co-founded AGW Partners in 2019 and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Greenbaum is responsible for overseeing and implementing Company transactions and business initiatives, as well as liaising with the Company’s investors, lenders, and clients. Since founding in 2019, AGW has considerably grown its team and portfolio, and has sponsored investments across several real estate strategies. Additionally, the Company regularly participates in unique alternative investments across different sectors. Prior to founding AGW, Mr. Greenbaum worked on the acquisitions and investments team at Atlas Capital Group, a NYC-based real estate private equity fund. Atlas has made over 60 investments comprising over $7 billion in capitalization across 10 million square feet. Before Atlas, Mr. Greenbaum worked in roles across private equity, real estate, and investment banking at Apollo Global Management, Morgan Stanley, and Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Greenbaum graduated from Cornell University with specializations in finance and real estate.

Alex Weiss

Co-Founder

Alex Weiss is a co-founder of AGW Partners and participates in all aspects of the Company’s business development and management. Additionally, Mr. Weiss is the founder of RW Real Estate Group, LLC, a real estate development and investment firm founded in 2010. The company’s portfolio currently consists of over 100 properties throughout the United States. In addition to being an active real estate investor and manager, Mr. Weiss is the founder of Clean Rite Centers, LLC, which together with its wholly-owned subsidiaries, is the largest retail laundromat company in North America. Mr. Weiss actively invests in commercial real estate, operating companies, and private equity/venture capital transactions. In 2020, Mr. Weiss founded Clean Ventures, the first venture capital firm solely dedicated to bringing modernization to the laundry sector, and the company has closed over $15 million of venture investments since founding. Mr. Weiss is also the founder of Global Energy LLC, an energy services company that provides gas and electric supply services for laundromats, restaurants, office buildings, and other commercial properties across America. The company has 2,000 customers and procures over $100 million of utilities annually. Mr. Weiss resides in Greenwich, CT with his wife and three children.

Corey Horowitz

Partner - Leasing & Asset Management

Corey Horowitz joined AGW Partners in May of 2023, with a key focus in leasing and asset management. In his role, Mr. Horowitz supports leasing, asset management, acquisitions, and other key initiatives relating to the Company’s growing portfolio in Atlanta. Prior to joining AGW, Mr. Horowitz worked at RW Real Estate Group for 8 years, where he ultimately served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2020. During his time at RW Real Estate Group, Mr. Horowitz focused on leading the leasing, financing, and asset management departments. Prior to working at RW Real Estate Group, Mr. Horowitz started his professional career at Mazars USA as an auditor. Mr. Horowitz graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting.

Alex Bender

Partner

Alex Bender joined AGW Partners as a Partner in July of 2023. Mr. Bender focuses on identifying new asset acquisition opportunities and the execution of the associated business plans. Prior to joining AGW, Mr. Bender worked for over 12 years in both Acquisitions and Asset Management at leading institutional real estate platforms including Jamestown and SL Green. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bender has closed on over $6.0 billion in real estate transactions and has directly asset managed a $3.0 billion real estate portfolio. Mr. Bender graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He resides in Westchester County, NY with his wife and two children.

Oren Sauberman

Executive Vice President

Oren Sauberman joined AGW Partners as Executive Vice President in 2023 after working with AGW’s founders in various capacities for over 15 years. Mr. Sauberman’s primary role is to manage and direct AGW’s acquisition and leasing pipeline and establish best practices for these functions and AGW generally. Mr. Sauberman has been President of RW Real Estate Group, LLC since 2010, and a Vice President of its affiliated company, Clean Rite Centers, LLC since 2007, where his primary responsibilities included managing acquisitions, development projects, and leasing and financing transactions. Prior to joining Clean Rite Centers, LLC, he was a real estate attorney at two Manhattan based law firms and in-house at Toys “R” Us, where he focused on retail leasing and new store development. Mr. Sauberman holds a JD from New York University School of Law, as well as a BS in Business Management and BA in Political Science from SUNY Binghamton.

Nicholas Fiorillo

Leasing Director

Nicholas Fiorillo joined AGW Partners in June 2023 as Director of Leasing. In his role, Mr. Fiorillo is responsible for leasing, renewals, and tenant matters across the company’s Northeast portfolio. Together with the properties owned by RW Real Estate Group (an AGW affiliate), Mr. Fiorillo oversees leasing and tenant affairs for over 1.5 million square feet of retail assets. Prior to joining AGW, Mr. Fiorillo was the Vice President at STNL Advisors where he specialized in tenant and landlord advisory services in connection with rental savings strategies, multi-party negotiations, buying out and relocating tenants, build out and occupancy and various other financial strategies. Mr. Fiorillo has consistently garnered recognition for performance and success in leveraging an advanced understanding of the industry with a passion to enable growth and expansion through long-lasting business relationships. Before STNL, Mr. Fiorillo worked in wealth management and investment roles at Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young. Mr. Fiorillo graduated from Wagner College in 2016 with his Masters of Business Administration. Mr. Fiorillo resides in Staten Island, NY with his wife.

Nathan Wilson

Leasing Director

Nate Wilson joined AGW Partners in March 2024 as a Leasing Director after previously spending 7 years as Senior Vice President at Summit Commercial Real Estate, LLC a Washington, D.C. based commercial brokerage on their leasing and tenant representation teams. In his role at AGW Partners, Mr. Wilson executes on the leasing, renewals, and tenant relations efforts for the AGW and RW Real Estate Group (an AGW affiliate) portfolio. Prior to his role at Summit Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Wilson was a research associate for CoStar group covering major US Markets throughout the East Coast and Midwest. Mr. Wilson has a degree in the Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Justin Drossman

Vice President

Justin Drossman joined AGW Partners in May 2022 and holds the title of Vice President. In his role, Mr. Drossman supports several company focuses including acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and business development. Since joining the Company in 2022, Mr. Drossman has assisted across several new acquisitions, including properties located in the Northeast and Southeast. Prior to joining AGW, Mr. Drossman worked on the Financial Markets & Real Estate Group at PwC, where he specialized in transaction due diligence and valuation for CMBS and CRE assets, as well as tax compliance for partnerships and REITs. Mr. Drossman graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Drossman is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.

Rod Mirea

Acquisitions

Rod Mirea joined AGW Partners in 2023. In his role at AGW, Mr. Mirea supports several company initiatives relating to the Company’s growing portfolio identifying off market acquisitions, retail leasing, and business development. Prior to joining AGW, Mr. Mirea worked at RW Real Estate Group, Clean Rite Centers, and at a privately owned family real estate company managing $2 billion in assets in Manhattan, where he led all construction project activities. In addition, Mr. Mirea worked in roles across real estate investment, management, operations, and property development. Mr. Mirea holds a M.S. in Construction Administration from Columbia University, B.A. summa cum laude in Sociology & Political Science from Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College, as well as completing the Music Advancement Program (MAP) from The Julliard School.

Carolyn Greenbaum

Project Manager

Carolyn Greenbaum joined AGW Partners in January 2024 as Project Manager for the company’s commercial portfolio in South Norwalk (SoNo). In her role, she works to maximize the value of the portfolio by spearheading initiatives to improve leasing velocity and the overall branding of the SoNo area. Before joining AGW Partners, Mrs. Greenbaum worked for 5 years at Uber Eats in strategy and operations. Specifically, she oversaw the company’s strategy in connection with promotions and discounts offered to users located in the Northeast, which exceeded $200 million annually. Prior to her role with Uber Eats, she worked with Accenture Technology as a technology consultant. Mrs. Greenbaum graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Information Science and a concentration in Digital Culture and Production.

Nate Huskey

Retail Leasing Associate

Nate Huskey joined AGW Partners as a Retail Leasing Associate in April 2023. In this position, Mr. Huskey specializes in outbound lead generation and business development, engaging with prospective operators and assisting leasing efforts across the company’s commercial retail portfolio. Prior to his time at AGW, Mr. Huskey worked in political consulting at Actum, where he specialized in legislative advocacy and public relations for state-wide senatorial and ballot measure campaigns. Mr. Huskey studies Political Science and Economics at Washington State University.

Rency Strauss

Executive Assistant to CEO

Rency Strauss joined AGW Partners as the executive assistant to the CEO in November 2023. Prior to this role, Mrs. Strauss worked in various capacities at Knotel, a flexible private office and work club provider with locations across the United States and Europe.  In this position, she acted as the primary liaison between divisional leads and internal operations team members to ensure smooth execution of key company initiatives. Previously, Mrs. Strauss spent 8 years in various positions with WeWork. Most notably, she served as the Chief of Staff to the Vice Chairman, where she worked closely with the company’s VC investors, participated in managing the company’s overall strategy, and oversaw important corporate events.
